This is the restaurant where the gastronomic experience of several of our tours unfolds. Strategically located in the Conquistadores neighborhood, it’s a carefully chosen stop so that Medellín’s flavor becomes part of your tour.
The experience
Walk through the space: the indoor garden, the laid tables, the open kitchen — the perfect mid-tour break.
You build your plate
It's a proper restaurant and it does have local seasoning — that's part of being in Medellín. What we add is the choice: you're not obliged to eat only traditional food. Pick the side — pasta, rice or mash — the protein — beef, pork, chicken, fish or vegan — and it comes with salad and soup to start. On a city tour, people from very different food cultures eat together: some don't eat pork for religious reasons, some don't eat beef, some are vegan. So you can go local or go with something you recognise from home, at the same table as someone who chose the opposite. And a protein served on its own tells you what it is; a sausage doesn't.

Where it is
MOVE Restaurant is in Conquistadores, Medellín — just a few minutes from El Poblado and Laureles. It has a garden and a space designed for a relaxed break in the middle of your e-bike tour.

Local cuisine with fresh market ingredients. A short, thoughtful menu: pastas, sides, starters and homemade sauces. Vegan options always available. The idea is that every dish connects you with Paisa culture without breaking the tour’s rhythm.

A garden restaurant with natural light and soft music. Designed as an intimate space: few tables, personal service and a premium pause that feels more like visiting a friend’s home than stopping at a tourist restaurant.
