The Urban is our downtown city tour: in about 3 hours you ride Medellín's historic heart and the neighborhoods around it, on an e-bike that climbs the hills for you. It's 100% private, at your own pace, and includes lunch. It's a favorite because it doesn't eat your whole day and you still see a big part of the city.
Why an e-bike
Linking the center to the neighborhoods on foot is half a day gone, and by car you miss the street. The pedal-assisted bike — you barely pedal — takes you door to door where a bus can't go.

Your guide shapes the pace and stops around your group and shares the context — history, the city's transformation, paisa culture — without a big group's rush.
The route
We set off from La 70 and the Stadium, cross Laureles and Belén — one of the most traditional neighborhoods, where daily paisa life happens — drop to Parques del Río and the Barefoot Park, and enter downtown via La Alpujarra, the Railway and the Park of Lights. There we ride through Berrío and the Hueco market — where locals buy clothes, gifts and everything else — and reach Plaza Botero, the Museo de Antioquia and the Palace of Culture. Halfway through we stop for lunch.

How is the Urban different from the Express?
The Urban is longer (3 hrs), goes into the historic center (Plaza Botero, Museo de Antioquia, Palace of Culture) and includes lunch. The Express is the short, different version, no meal.
Is lunch included?
Yes — a gourmet build-your-plate lunch (vegan option available).
Is it safe to bike downtown?
You're always with your guide, on a tested route, in a private group.
How much pedaling?
Almost none — the bike is electric and climbs the hills for you.
Does it go to Comuna 13?
No. For Comuna 13 + market, that's the Complete Tour (7 hrs).
Can I bring kids?
Yes, they ride with an adult on the same bike (up to about 10-12); we don't have kids' bikes.
